My family live on a small holding in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, where we are flooded in around 20 times a year. My Dad (Mick), bless him is out all weathers in his welly boots! I have attached a photo of my dad, braving the floods, and also one of my 'lane' flooded.

An Ode to Hunter Wellingtons

I really do love Hunters.

Their Wellies are simply the best.
Perfect for splashing in puddles.
To get things off you chest.

I have a pair of Green ones.
Which make me look quite posh.
I'd love another brighter pair.
Just simply don't have the dosh.

Having been a little bit poorly.
My daily walk is my fave.

Ghost Hunting in Your Hunter Wellingtons

Hunter Wellingtons are perfect for the Autumn, with dropping temperatures and our thoughts awakening to all things spooky and imaginative. This spine chilling tour is led by ghost author, broadcaster and researcher Dave Matthews the owner of Creaky Cauldron museum in Henley Street. The tour takes you through the narrow alleyways of one of the oldest and strangest market towns in England and is guaranteed to send a shiver down your spine and chill you to your very core.

The Creaky Cauldron also holds the Annual Stratford upon Avon Halloween Festival with spooktacular events from ghost walks, ghost hunts, competitions and more that will run for the whole month of October.
