Recycle Your Hunter Wellies

In today's world there is a growing awareness of the urgent problem of waste management. Much of this waste is packaging material- metal, paper, glass and plastic, and after use it is thrown into our dustbins and transported to increasingly expensive landfill sites or incinerated. But a growing proportion is sorted and recycled. As a result, new materials are being devised and fabricated.

Kids grow out of their coloured wellie boots so quickly and thousands of pairs eventually disappear into landfill sites. To help the environment there are several ways to recycle your Children's and even Adults old wellies.

One way is to reuse them: this can be done by cutting down your old wellies converting them to New slip-ons. If you want to be more creative why not use them in the garden as planters making a chic display. Even your family pet can enjoy being ecofriendly, by keeping a set in your garden for your pet dog to use as a toy.

You can also find websites to recycle all of your unwanted items. We like http://www.recycle.co.uk/ Remember your old unwanted items might be junk to you but could be useful to someone else.
